TIME: Monday Tuesday  Wednesday Thursday Friday
5:00 – 6:00 MUAY THAI / BOXING
6:00 – 7:00 WRESTLING
7:00 – 8:00 JUJITSU
8:00 – 9:00 PILATES
9:00 – 10:00 YOGA
5:00 – 10:00 GOLF (CHOOSE 1 HOUR)
